Seventeen communities across Essex, Union and Hudson counties, and one yard in Newark's Ironbound near the airport. Here is exactly where we deliver, and how quickly.

Our yard sits on 615 Frelinghuysen Ave, in Newark's Ironbound industrial corridor near Newark Liberty International Airport, close to the Newark/Elizabeth (Union County) line. That location decides the shape of our day: Newark itself, the Ironbound, and Elizabeth and Hillside just across the county line are close enough that a morning call often becomes a same-day delivery, while the farther-out Essex County suburbs — Livingston, Montclair, West Orange and similar — and the two Hudson County towns across the Passaic River — Kearny and Harrison — are scheduled next-day routes rather than same-day work. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.
The Newark metro genuinely spans three counties, which is a different shape than a single-county service area: most of our footprint (12 of the 17 towns, Newark included) is in Essex County, 3 towns (Elizabeth, Hillside, Union Township) are in Union County, and 2 (Kearny, Harrison) are in Hudson County. New Jersey has no unincorporated land anywhere in the state, so every one of these 17 communities is its own incorporated municipality with its own local government — the meaningful differences town to town are density and access, not legal status. Newark itself runs a dense, historic core — including the Ironbound and the Weequahic Park Historic District's older, tighter streets — alongside quieter, more suburban towns like Livingston and Maplewood farther out. Each town page below covers the access, the housing stock and the local rules we actually run into.
The service area
This service area genuinely spans three New Jersey counties — Essex, Union and Hudson — so the meaningful split here is which county a town sits in, not an incorporated-vs-township distinction (New Jersey has no unincorporated land, so every town below is its own incorporated municipality either way).
The core city itself, including the dense Ironbound and the historic Weequahic Park Historic District's older streets. Usually same-day, especially near the yard.
Eleven more Essex County towns ringing Newark. East Orange, Irvington, Bloomfield and Belleville are close enough for frequent same-day service; Nutley, Montclair, the Oranges, Maplewood and especially Livingston, farther out, are usually next-day.
Elizabeth, Hillside and Union Township sit immediately south of Newark, across the Union County line. Elizabeth and Hillside are close enough to the yard for regular same-day service; Union Township is usually next-day.
Kearny and Harrison sit just northeast of Newark across the Passaic River, in Hudson County. Both are a short run from the yard and often land same-day when we are already routing that direction.

All 17 communities across three counties: Newark and 11 more Essex County towns (East Orange, Irvington, Bloomfield, Belleville, Nutley, Montclair, West Orange, Orange, South Orange, Maplewood and Livingston), 3 Union County towns just south (Elizabeth, Hillside and Union Township), and 2 Hudson County towns just across the Passaic River (Kearny and Harrison). Our yard is in Newark's Ironbound industrial corridor near the airport, so Newark, Elizabeth and the Ironbound itself are the quickest, and the farther Essex County suburbs and the Hudson County towns are usually next-day rather than same-day.
Distance is a real cost, so a Livingston or Montclair delivery is not priced the same as a Newark one. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.
Right after a nor'easter moves through in winter or a tropical-storm remnant dumps flash flooding in late summer, and during the busiest stretch of the spring-through-fall building season, book as early as you can. Outside those windows you can usually get a container within a day or two. New-construction sites out in Livingston and Montclair book out fastest, so plan ahead if you are working on one.
Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties, relocations and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and low limbs, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.
Call and ask. Our published service area covers the 17 communities listed on this page, across Essex, Union and Hudson counties. If you are just outside that footprint we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you or whether you are better served by someone closer.
